Someone to be the day-to-day representative, managing every aspect of delivery on a range of projects for a load of clients, from property to charities to hoteliers.
In short, you will have these things:
- Minimum 4 years’ boutique agency experience
- Branding, design and property experience

- Able to start ASAP
And the role will include these things:
- 6-month role (with potential to go perm)

In a little more detail, you’ll be doing these things:
You’ll be the main point of contact between the London creative team and your clients. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, keeping track of timings, milestones, budgets and resources across all your projects.
Working with internal team members to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects, you’ll produce relevant roadmaps, schedules, costings, and technical specifications. You’ll provide effective direction to ensure that clients, creatives and client-servicing team members are up to date on developments.
You will identify, communicate and escalate any issues like project delays and cost over-runs, and communicate with all stakeholders, managing the clients’ expectations and advising on actions. You’ll work with the wider client services team to define the scope of campaigns, and produce detailed plans encompassing project stages, delivery dates, budget and resource requirements and accurate statements of work.
Previous relevant agency experience in a similar role is a total must, and you’ll be well-versed in delivering branding, print and digital projects all the way from concept to completion.
