Full-service, culture-centered agency seeks a Freelance entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Client Services to serve a collaborative role on their Experiential team. Brands are constantly faced with ever-changing business challenges, so they look to the agency for fresh solutions, backed by meticulous insight and robust history. With responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of live projects, from brief to execution, the strategically-savvy Senior Manager, Client Service will ensure that all of the projects’ relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget ($500K+) and of high quality. You will contribute to the operations, processes, budgeting, agency quality control, vendor management as well as continually staying up to date with industry innovation. You can develop production schedules, enforce deliverable dates, build nurturing client relationships, and create a positive, team-minded environment. Focused and ambitious, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, and explore every opportunity to grow the business.
Ideal candidates have 4-7 years of experience. You naturally remain calm under pressure while working on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve tight deadlines. An open-minded mentality allows your thorough exploration of all ideas and thought-starters.
