Considering the bulk of your attention will be on retail fashion/beauty/luxury accounts, a love of Vogue and previous category experience would be ideal. However, this Account Director must be savvy with the production process, from web and e-comm to print and in-store. Digital know-how is a major plus, though tweeting that you spilled coffee on your Dolce doesn’t count. Prior agency/design/marketing experience is a must-have.
