Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Executive will be integral to not only the success of the agency but also to every one of the start-ups who rely on you each day. You will have great power and great responsibility; failure for a start-up client does not mean they have a bad quarter or year, it means going out of business. You’ll support the client account team and deliver tactical, high-level client service specifically with regard to paid media management.
The nuts, bolts, and bytes:
● Minimum 2+ years in advertising and/or digital marketing
● Experience designing and running paid media campaigns
● Significant experience with core analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and
an interest in learning emerging technology, like Mixpanel, Kahuna, RJ Metrics, KISSMetrics
● Know how to design, execute and track marketing campaigns across digital disciplines and platforms (SEM, SEO, integrated marketing campaigns, email/CRM, display banner advertising, mobile marketing, user-generated content, social media marketing, direct marketing programs and ecommerce integration)
● Commanding knowledge of social media platforms with a keen understanding of different community behaviors and experience using social media to drive ROI and business goals
● Love to analyze campaign effectiveness, recreate successful campaigns, optimize suboptimal ones and explain how you actually did all that to your team and clients
● Transparent, fearless and have a truly collaborative personality
● Conviction to articulate your point of view and the humility to respect others’
● Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are eager to build a business from the ground up
● Possess a positive attitude and require little handholding to dive in and get shit done
● Adept at learning new things quickly and can apply that knowledge to real world problems
● Thirsty for knowledge and take pride in doing awesome work
