With a focus on fashion/luxury/beauty, this expanding global ad agency is actively seeking a Senior Creative Services Manager to lead the management and planning of all work through the creative department. This well-established, full-service agency, communications shop and production house possesses major credentials on integrated and strategic campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and beauty brands on the market. Candidates key responsibilities will be to act as a liaison for the Creative Department and Client Services, Project Management and Digital Operation teams, allocate creative resources to projects, ensure that timelines are adhered to and that quality expectations are met. Spearheading the day to day operations of this incredibly busy department and making it run smoothly will be top priority. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on retail fashion/beauty/luxury accounts, a love of Vogue and previous category experience would be ideal. All candidates must be savvy with the production process, from web and e-comm to print and in-store. Prior agency experience is a must-have, 5-7 years.
