From brief to wrap, you’ll support clients with production strategy, creative execution, global event management, and ground execution. In-house, the Associate Producer is primarily responsible for supporting the Group Director and Production Pod by:

  • Managing the development/production of experiences, promotions, contests, partnerships, etc.
  • Successfully negotiating costs, partnerships, and tie-in partners
  • Directing and tracking the status of all project deliverables in an effort to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Possessing a keen sense of detail and attention to quality of client-facing documents, presentations and various reports
  • Designing and managing project budgets, deadlines, invoices, estimates, purchase requests and billing
  • Developing and maintaining positive and respectful client, vendor and external agency relationships
  • Producing status reports and conveying corrective measures to changes in scope to clients
  • Setting goals and engaging communication between entire internal team

Ideal candidates are:

  • Experienced in lighting, sound and video setup
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with travel and weekend work producing events
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years of agency experience

Boutique luxury ad agency with global clientele seeks to add a highly passionate Print Production Coordinator to help craft and tell beautiful stories, achieving the most creative and effective end result for the brand and the agency. You’ll consult with internal teams and external vendors to develop client solutions.  As you oversee all of the agency’s print post production, ideal candidates will understand retouching and the printing process; you’ll also assist the Producer for live photo shoots. Your ability to help drive, manage and execute work in tight timelines, while fostering cross-team collaboration, sets you apart.  Ability to work autonomously as well as within a nimble team is a must.  At least one year of print experience required.
