To continue their success, they’re looking for two talented freelance Account Supervisors who can ensure they can continue to deliver an excellent product to their clients.

The Role
The focus of this role is to support the client service team and help effectively deliver brand strategy, creative, design, experience planning and innovation projects. We are looking for people who have a can-do attitude. People who sweat the details, excel at managing teams and processes and enjoy client management. The company has a strong team culture. They laugh with each other, support each other, and strive to enjoy everything they do. This job will work east coast hours but will be done remotely (your soon to be colleagues are all NY/NJ-based).
Key Responsibilities
- Successful Project Delivery
The company has a very specific and codified process for ensuring successful delivery, which includes a significant emphasis on Problem Definition. You will be partnering with a client service lead and a strategist on every project. Your mission is to be the conductor of our strategic and creative process, keeping all of the trains running on time. You’ll be part of the team that diagnoses the client problem, builds the brief, curates the strategic and creative deck presentations and presents back to the clients.
- Client management
They are fortunate to have excellent clients and strong relationships with all of their clients (seriously). A big part of that is pro-actively managing clients, being transparent about all steps and moving at speed to solve their biggest problems. You’ll be a key member of the team that manages the communications between the firm and their clients.
