Do you have a passion for the arts, culture, and education?

Then stop selling toilet paper, pills, or cars and join an agency whose focus is on the things in life that enrich us: museums, libraries, gardens, performing arts, visual artists, education, and non-profits.

Named a “Top Entrepreneur” by Crain’s magazine, this boutique independent ad agency is seeking a high-performance junior Production Artist to assist in creating long-lasting cultural connections.  This role will focus on engaging audiences across all media channels, from social to traditional print work; as such, your background should be truly integrated, including digital.  You’ll partner with a Creative Director on projects ranging from resizing and collecting files for publishers to retouching and video.  To succeed in this collaborative and casual environment, please be pro-active, detail-oriented, articulate and polished.  Previous ad agency experience is a plus – preferably 1 year or an intense internship at minimum.

Fast-growing, boutique digital media agency is seeking a Senior Display Planner to help drive their vision to the next level. If you have a passion for digital, the knowledge to back it up, constantly strive to learn new skills, and thrive in a dynamic workplace, this may be the agency you’re looking for.  You’ll work in an agile environment consisting of small, autonomous teams, rather than layers of management that contribute nothing to clients’ bottom line.  As a bright, innovative and multi-skilled team member, you’ll be the prime point of contact for a large luxury account.  This account has a unique mix of Brand and Direct Response elements, so a combination of a strong technical knowledge, a background involving DR and knowledge of the current Brand marketplace is key.

As the strategic lead, you’ll review and challenge performance and strategic direction of campaigns and activities, ensuring delivery of high quality thought pieces, planning presentations and analysis of campaigns.  Please be able to use and interpret digital planning tools effectively (e.g. Nielsen, Comscore, Adrelevance, etc) with the skill to examine account-wide results and pro-actively suggest improvements.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of display experience working on complex accounts, preferably from an agency environment. You will need a balance of creativity and analytics, solid technical/IT skills, and an understanding of tracking systems. Great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership are also essential.
