This group is faster than usual and has less hierarchy than other groups; the ability to play nicely with others is important for success.
On the hunt for a candidate who is proactive and has enough experience to work without close supervision, but not seeking a seasoned pro whose mindset is “Yeah, I’d be willing to do this for a bit” as a short term gig. A minimum of 3 years of digital agency experience (ideal candidate has 5-7 years).
