The outbound sales process requires SDR to reach out to prospects in the form of cold calls, emails or social networks. The inbound sales process is directed toward prospects who have shown interest in the platform via trial signups via website. Here you will be responsible for gathering initial information and interest to arm the senior sales team with information prior to a full-service walk through.

You’ll manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving personal activity goals, executing on a strong prospecting plan of attack and process, including email and call scripts. Capable of understanding customer pain points and requirements, you hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email, ensuring successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in SalesForce. Acting as the subject matter expert on influencer marketing and its role within advertising, you’ll quickly learn the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.Please have excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. What you’ll DO:

  • Develop strategic framework for paid social and SEM campaigns across major paid platforms including Search engines (Google, Bing), Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Execute on paid search, paid social, and digital display and optimize for client objectives, including but not limited CPA, ROAS, acquisition, awareness and engagement
  • Help clients and team members understand the role of various paid media channels in achieving their objectives
  • Leverage media channels such as paid search, paid social, display, video ads, and mobile advertising tactics to drive client success
  • Manage the entire cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, ad operations, analysis and reporting
  • Oversee and manage daily campaigns: monitoring delivery, tracking optimization, escalating issues, managing consultants/vendors as needed
  • Generate reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies

  • Budget development, forecasting and allocation to compliment client objectives

What we need from YOU:

  • 4+ years of paid media buying experience, agency or publisher side
  • Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit client goals
  • Extensive knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization tactics on Google AdWords
  • Extensive knowledge of paid social platforms and optimization tactics on key social platforms such as Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with key DSPs (TTD, DV360)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Search/advertising
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc. are a plus
  • Excellent at creating reports, data visualization, developing presentations and recommendations
  • Data and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Working knowledge of ad operations — tagging, tracking, etc.

YOU are:

  • 2-5 years of experience working as a Strategist within a creative agency ideally, or brand owner, consultancy where creative ideas were an integral part of output
  • Comfortable in a collaborative setting—both in the form of workshops with clients, and internal reviews with other teams/disciplines at the agency
  • Diverse background of strategic skills/projects showing that there’s familiarity with different strategic tools and a unique POV that helped them make it their own
  • High interest in building creative ideas that stand out in culture and will connect with humans who live in the real world
  • Intellectually minded and relentlessly curious to learn more in life; your POV on advertising should be informed by your POV on other parts of your life
