This Account Director’s experience should come from having worked on exciting and innovative brands with demonstrated experience on strategic and high-concept creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a creative pedigree and flourish in a non-layered environment. Sports, fashion/lifestyle, youth and/or urban category experience would be ideal, as is a retail and/or global background. A sense of humor and a pro-active drive are musts.
