Are you someone who isn’t afraid to take risks and be creative? Come join the agency that creates innovative cultural movements for exceptional brands.

We’re looking for a self-starter who will design and build a growth engine for a collective of imaginative and thoughtful folks whose clients are progressive brands seeking new ways of doing things; clients who say “why not” more than they say “why.” At core, you’ll be part of a creative problem solving company that uses insight, strategy, and imagination to get clients unstuck. Your goal is to discover, reel in, and ultimately catch those misfit clients. As such, you should have a history of leading pitches, closing deals, defining and executing agency marketing strategy, crafting RFPs, archiving assets, etc. Please have Vision (yes, with a capital V) and personal magnetism that matches your smarts. Be human, creative and full of energy; resourcefulness, flexibility, individual passions, and confidence mixed with quirkiness are highly valued. These guys believe the purpose of a job is to expand your horizons and give you less of a reason to hit the snooze button in the mornings. With that in mind they’ve designed jobs that will give you responsibility and control, a canvas for your creativity and plenty of room to stretch yourself and grow. Open to exploring candidates with 5-10 years of experience. Prior agency/design/marketing experience is a must-have. Assertive, driven, and passionate folks, please apply.

Are you a creative problem-solver who can think big, is a student of culture and is passionate about ideas? Come join the agency that creates buzz-worthy cultural conversation for exceptional brands.

You are a strategic, curious and creative leader who can drive business from strategy development through final execution. You have a proactive, accountability-first, leadership sensibility with a hands-on work style and ability to guide day-to-day activity as necessary. The Strategy team uses their business acumen and experience in conducting interesting research, identifying solid insights (across consumer, culture, category and company), writing concise briefs, inspiring great creative work that is strategically sound, and presenting the same convincingly. You’ll develop brand essence and other strategic deliverables, and in collaboration with Media colleagues, own creation of campaign architecture and communications planning that will guide campaign development. You will have day-to-day responsibilities on marquee clients and should be equally comfortable leading C-Suite relationships as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting scrappy. You can find the human insight to solve a business problem and further develop that idea into actionable and superior creative executions.

We need someone who’s a nerd about strategic craft. Authorship is central to all the agency does –storytelling is their art – especially in service of smart business and brand building opportunity. We need someone with a strong toolbox for creating and directing strategic efforts – experience across categories and clients – and some seasoning in leading teams and businesses. We need someone with a cultural nose – an inner passion to know the code behind the passions people subscribe to – and a range of work that shows experience translating insight across problems, businesses and brands. We need someone who likes to get into the brain of the businesses.  Strategic power can be most valuable in story-selling – so it’s important to see evidence that insights and ideas are leveraged to elevate the brand IQ of clients and their creative work.

Please… be collaborative and welcoming; people need to feel they can ask for your help and actively involve you in discussions with clients and amongst the team. You are quick thinking and smart, able to debate complex issues with clients at length and under pressure. To that end, you likely have a natural authority and can clearly and brilliantly express complex ideas simply. However, you need to act in an ‘open’ way, responding openly to client questions, seeking information from other parties and sharing the knowledge you have. Your ‘can do’ spirit is infectious and attractive to both colleagues and clients. Category diversity is a plus; 12-15+ years strategic planning experience a must.
