With ownership of projects from conception to completion, you’ll manage the day to day Print/Digital production needs of various clients and supervise studio artists. An organizational guru, you have the ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive outlook. You know that details matter, so you ensure that all work produced is technically correct, resulting in high-quality, printer-ready and web-ready files. You love process and systems, keep accurate records and manage all project budgets. Internally, you have great working relationships with Account people and Creatives alike; externally, vendors look forward to hearing from you, even when negotiating costs. You are a natural coach and leader, and can easily adapt to diverse team members and styles of work. Ideally, you have 4 years of production management experience in an advertising agency or creative department, with a focus on print production; digital production management experience is a plus. And please, be nice to be around.

Seeking a positive-minded, mid-level Art Director to add to the fold. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who are passionate about their work and have a solid understanding of production process and awareness of the ever-changing design space.  Fascinated, inspired and enthusiastically challenged by the evolving digital landscape, you are interweb savvy, immersed in social and stay abreast of trends. You’ll be responsible for adapting and conceptualizing brand ideas and designing for digital channels as well as traditional print, DM, OOH and beyond. A detail-oriented Art Director, you should posses a classical design sense and strong typography skills as you’ll be crafting clean, beautiful brand visuals. Mastery at using Adobe CS, as well as your thinking cap, is a must.  Working closely with Copywriters and Producers, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on the Disney account, an active imagination and a belief in the magic of pixie dust would be ideal but open to any category assuming your work is top-notch. 3+ years of super hero design experience is preferred; agency experience required.

The ideal candidate has a solid digital tool kit (display/PPC/SEM/SEO/social/email/lead gen), understands analytics, is able to translate ideas into action, and has successful client relationships.  Previous acquisition marketing experience is a plus.
