Get ready to join a shop that delivers effectively on both brains and beauty, a hybrid agency that’s at once design-driven image makers and consumer-minded brand stewards.

They believe in the strategic power of strong imagery and brand iconography. They believe in the creation of platforms that define the spirit, voice and sensibility of the brand. They believe the best creative ideas grow from an emotional connection – entertaining while educating, energizing in order to empower, exuding a sense of escape. Guided by secondary research, the agency employs a range of primary research to ground ideas and campaigns in authentic, emotional insights straight from the consumer’s world.

With a focus on fashion/luxury/lifestyle, this expanding boutique ad agency is seeking a curious and cultured Strategy Director to inspire creative work through clear briefs, fresh insight and deep understanding about brands and human behavior, including consumer on-line and off-line shopping habits. You must be an exceptional strategic thinker with deep curiosity about human behavior and passion for new perspectives and trends. A strong writer and thinker, you are a confident presenter, able to articulate insights and ideas in a clear, human way. Please be highly collaborative with the resiliency to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives – innovation, research, pitches, briefs, mentoring, etc. This well-established, full-service agency possesses major credentials on integrated campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and luxury brands on the market. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on retail fashion/beauty/luxury accounts, a love of Vogue and previous category experience would be ideal; prior agency experience is a must-have.

A hardworking, personable bunch, this laid back shop generates big work for innovative retail brands; all with minimal bureaucracy and a family feel. A small enough agency to run a tight ship, but big enough to boast a diverse group of creative thinkers and makers. The rules: collaborate well with clients, strive to improve daily, make work that is simple, memorable, and beautiful. This is an office where music is always playing, dogs are part of the culture, patio BBQs are the norm, and excessive imagination is a must. They believe that every great relationship starts with a single job and grows over time with consistent care, hard work, and at least a little fun. A full-service creative production agency, they’ve tackled everything from multi-channel campaign creation, to complex site and app builds, to fashion shoots and retouching. They like a good challenge, and have the creative resources to meet them.
