Mastery at using Adobe CS, as well as your thinking cap, is a must.  Working closely with Copywriters and Producers, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on the Disney account, an active imagination and a belief in the magic of pixie dust would be ideal but open to any category assuming your work is top-notch. 3+ years of super hero design experience is preferred; agency experience required.
