Agency projects range from product exploration, packaging, visual architecture, logo design, and high-concept branding to roof deck brainstorming sessions. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who are passionate about their work and have a solid understanding of production process and awareness of the ever-changing design space. Seeking a candidate with 3+ years of super hero design experience, ideally within CPG, but open to any category assuming your work is top-notch. Mastery at using Adobe CS, as well as your thinking cap, is a must. This person will contribute to the growth and organization of the studio; please partner well with all departments and be willing to get your hands dirty while laughing about having mud in between your toes.

Agency projects range from product exploration, packaging, design and high-concept branding to roof deck brainstorming sessions at cocktail hour. Ideal candidates have a proven track record implementing Design as informed by Marketing/Product Strategies and a solid understanding of design process & production. Directly responsible for creation of new/evolved Packaging Design with a focus on tiered-system Brand Architecture & Guidelines. Your main account responsibility will reside in the beverage category, so previous experience with CPG beverage and/or alcohol is a major plus. Expect to manage & mentor Associate Designers and partner well with cross-functional Account team & counterparts.

This renowned design agency helps Fortune 500 clients shape products and packaging to enhance consumers’ lives; the bulk of your work will focus in the CPG space, aligning with brands such as P&G, Nestle, Heinz, Kraft, etc. The ideal candidate will have had 3-7 years working in account management/project management for an ad agency, or in-house for a CPG company, will be highly organized with fastidious attention to detail, will possess excellent communication skills and show demonstrable experience in creative and strategic thinking.
