With ownership of projects from conception to completion, you’ll manage the day to day Print/Digital production needs of various clients and supervise studio artists. An organizational guru, you have the ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive outlook. You know that details matter, so you ensure that all work produced is technically correct, resulting in high-quality, printer-ready and web-ready files. You love process and systems, keep accurate records and manage all project budgets. Internally, you have great working relationships with Account people and Creatives alike; externally, vendors look forward to hearing from you, even when negotiating costs. You are a natural coach and leader, and can easily adapt to diverse team members and styles of work. Ideally, you have 4 years of production management experience in an advertising agency or creative department, with a focus on print production; digital production management experience is a plus. Seeking an entrepreneurial, energetic, detail oriented multi-tasker who has experience with project management, creating reports, presentations, conducting research and serving clients. Experience with advertising agencies and marketing industry, the media planning process, and a passion for it is preferred. You will be working in a focused, contemporary, award-winning boutique advertising/marketing agency that serves a diversified set of clients in non-profit and for-profit sectors, with great benefits and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management and account team to develop strategies and recommendations for Media plans

• Demonstrate an understanding of media fundamentals

• Keep up-to-date on media trends and media opportunities

• Conduct media research and evaluate data

• Understand various media and their applications against client strategies/goals

• Execution of media plan including negotiation of rates and contracts, consideration of timing, generation of insertion orders and coordination of ad specs

• Establish a professional, productive rapport with sales reps/media vendors and field any media inquiries

• Generate campaign completion reports

• Maintain media kits, ad specifications, and vendor contacts to make sure they are current and complete

• Coordinate trafficking of ads and deadlines for ad material

Requirements & Skills:

• 1+ years Media Planning, Advertising Agency, or similar experience

• Very detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong mathematical and quantitative/analytical abilities

• Highly organized and able to efficiently multi-task

• Strong presentation skills

• Computer Skills/Software Knowledge, especially Excel and Powerpoint

• Demonstrate ability to learn account management software (Workamajig) and processes quickly and proficiently

• Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each Media type

• Able to make independent decisions and identify priorities

• Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations

• Be able to identify and promote solutions

Seeking a positive-minded, mid-level Art Director to add to the fold. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who are passionate about their work and have a solid understanding of production process and awareness of the ever-changing design space.  Fascinated, inspired and enthusiastically challenged by the evolving digital landscape, you are interweb savvy, immersed in social and stay abreast of trends. You’ll be responsible for adapting and conceptualizing brand ideas and designing for digital channels as well as traditional print, DM, OOH and beyond. A detail-oriented Art Director, you should posses a classical design sense and strong typography skills as you’ll be crafting clean, beautiful brand visuals. Mastery at using Adobe CS, as well as your thinking cap, is a must.  Working closely with Copywriters and Producers, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on the Disney account, an active imagination and a belief in the magic of pixie dust would be ideal but open to any category assuming your work is top-notch. 3+ years of super hero design experience is preferred; agency experience required.
