Internationally recognized luxury retailer seeks a temp-to-perm Integrated Production Artist for their in-house Advertising and Production team.  A laid back perfectionist, you’ll be responsible for the creation of print mechanicals, creating digital banner ads, emails, evites, and the execution of prepress functions.  You’ll ensure quality control and help manage the workflow of print projects (catalogues, direct mail, collateral, PR, ads) from inception through final production in support of strategic brand initiatives.  Considering your focus will be on a luxury account, a flair for the affluent and previous category experience in fashion/luxury/beauty/retail would be ideal.  A creative eye with strong knowledge of typography, color theory and layout composition required.  Please be personable, poised, resourceful and detail-oriented.  2-4 years of experience as a Production Artist with proven Adobe CS5 capabilities.

Boutique luxury ad agency with global clientele seeks to add a highly passionate Print Production Coordinator to help craft and tell beautiful stories, achieving the most creative and effective end result for the brand and the agency. This well-esteemed shop has major credentials on integrated and strategic campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and beauty brands on the market.  Considering the bulk of your attention will be on retail fashion/beauty/luxury accounts, a love of Vogue and previous category experience is ideal but not mandatory.  You believe that Production is as much of an art as a science; please be up to date with the latest news, products, strategies, technologies, best practices, and trends in Production/Marketing. You’ll consult with internal teams and external vendors to develop client solutions.  As you oversee all of the agency’s print post production, ideal candidates will understand retouching and the printing process; you’ll also assist the Producer for live photo shoots. Your ability to help drive, manage and execute work in tight timelines, while fostering cross-team collaboration, sets you apart.  Ability to work autonomously as well as within a nimble team is a must.  At least one year of print experience required.

“High-end” ad agency with international reach is seeking a Production Artist to assist the Studio Director with the technical duties and behind-the-scenes operations necessary to maintain a seamless studio. This well-esteemed agency has major credentials on integrated and strategic campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and luxury brands on the market.  The primary responsibility of the Production Artist is to ensure that all materials released for print are of the highest quality. The Production Artist is essential to the smooth operation of the agency and is expected to input ideas for improving workflow. The Production Artist must forge a partnership with the production team and foster clear and supportive communications with all other departments. Responsible for day-to-day studio functions, including building mechanicals and support documents, writing layout guidelines, asset management, and general post-production studio operations. Please be a production-tech geek with some general pre-press/printing knowledge.  A creative eye and a little digital knowledge would be helpful. Strong InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a must. Fashion/luxury background preferred.
