Senior Designer/Design Director, $85-100K, NYC

This award-winning, full-service, design-driven, independent ad agency works with BtoB brand leaders in such categories as financial, technology, telecomm, pharma, and corporate communications. At this boutique shop, the Sr Designer/Design Dir position is a great way to make an impact, creatively produce from concept thru execution, and help implement strategic vision. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to proactively manage the visual creation of multi-channel design systems, brand identities, advertising and marketing campaigns. Participation in creative internals, as well as client presentations should demonstrate confidence and the ability to dynamically and intuitively explain concepts.  Please have the ability to create big ideas that can cross channels, supported by the fluent technical creation of design ideas. Preferred candidates will have experience with corporate branding, financial (or other dense verticals), curiosity/knowledge of BtoB advertising, and the flexibility to craft everything from logos, brochures, websites, print, etc. Minimum 5+ years of agency/design experience; strong brand and web design a must.

At this boutique shop, the Sr Copy position is a great way to make an impact, creatively produce from concept thru execution, and help implement strategic vision. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to proactively manage all top-level client projects. Participation in creative internals, as well as client presentations should demonstrate confidence and the intelligence, wit and heart to make complex products and value propositions understandable, relatable and deeply relevant.  Please have the ability to create big ideas that can cross channels, supported by the written creation of big, long creative ideas. Preferred candidates will have experience with financial brands (or other dense verticals), knowledge of BtoB advertising, and the flexibility to write everything from digital, print, direct, email, etc. Minimum 4+ years of agency experience.
