Seeking an Account Coordinator (intern to 1+ yr exp) to support brand client relationships and who knows when to ask the right questions. As a key member of the campaigns team, you will support the relationships on various high value accounts and manage/deepen the relationship with smaller accounts. Organization skills are key for the success of this role; you’ll be dealing with a hefty number of emails, as well working on several different client projects daily, so being orderly and good with time management is important. Since you’ll be working with clients and assisting with copywriting as needed, having strong communications and writing skills is necessary. This role involves speaking with clients frequently, developing relationships and providing them with support and guidance; analytical thinking, problem solving, and having a ‘people person’ nature are all key qualities. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to retain clients and maintain the company’s positioning as a premium, market leading, tech driven solution to influencer marketing. This is an opportunity for someone with a client-focused attitude who wants to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in various aspects of the digital advertising space.
