This small but mighty company is changing the game in connecting beloved brands with far-reaching social media influencers. Seeking a high-EQ Account Manager (3.5+ yrs) to hone brand client relationships and who knows when to ask the right questions. As a key member of the campaigns team, you know how to “read the room” and will help manage and deepen relationships on a key high value account. Your role will primarily involve executing influencer campaigns, acting as the liaison between influencers and brand/agency; a comfort with technology and/or data a plus. You have intuition about a potential issue and preemptively solve or ease concern. You’ll work with the sales and product teams to retain clients and maintain the company’s positioning as a premium, market leading, tech driven solution to influencer marketing. This role comes with a high level of autonomy; a true opportunity to carve out your own path within the company.
Regardless of the situation the client should feel that this person has their best interests in mind, are looking out for them, and are taking care of them; understands brand essence and identity both personal brand (for an influencer) and traditional brand (for a client). You seek progress over perfection; each campaign is a learning to improve for the next. You can be honest of your failings and work with your colleagues and manager to figure out how to avoid future failures, altruistically cheering others on for big and small wins.
