Primary responsibilities include overseeing the client digital media planning process from inception through final delivery. You’ll develop and present digital media plans for national and local media efforts for search, social, email, display, mobile, online video, and Connected TV. You have proficiency in paid social campaigns with proven experience generating revenue from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube. Viewed as a strong strategic resource for clients, you conceptualize and promote new creative, custom offers, advertising ideas, and campaigns for affiliate marketing channels. Additionally, you’ll create/implement campaign tracking tags to measure ROI from each effort and handle the reporting and performance analysis for all direct response campaigns. You can recommend the type of creative and messaging needed to build awareness, drive engagement and boost sales.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working in an advertising or digital media agency or at a brand
  • Proven history of driving results for eCommerce brands
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Connected TV, Online Video, Social Media Ads, and programmatic buying platforms
  • Understands conversion tag implementation, especially via Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with web analytics applications such as IBM Digital Analytics, Google Analytics and Omniture
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • A passion for continuously testing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to garner the strongest results
  • Possesses strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to work independently

Responsible for account setup, strategy development, client presentation, campaign creation, keyword building, audience targeting, A/B testing, bid, and budget management. The Search Marketing Strategist will collaborate with the media team in campaign optimization across multiple digital channels to generate sales effectively and efficiently. We’re looking for someone who drives innovation/experimentation efforts and thinks creatively. In this role, the candidate will analyze the campaign performance with internal teams and on the phone with clients on a weekly and monthly basis.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel; they must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team. This role is a vital member of the Sales team that works collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure sales targets are met.

The outbound sales process requires SDR to reach out to prospects in the form of cold calls, emails or social networks. This process allows salespeople to personalize their outreach from the first touch point, and qualify or disqualify contacts; once qualified, handing off to sales account managers. The inbound sales process is directed toward prospects who have shown interest in the platform via trial signups via website. Here you will be responsible for gathering initial information and interest to arm the senior sales team with information prior to a full-service walk through.

You’ll manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving personal activity goals, executing on a strong prospecting plan of attack and process, including email and call scripts. Capable of understanding customer pain points and requirements, you hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email, ensuring successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in SalesForce. Acting as the subject matter expert on influencer marketing and its role within advertising, you’ll quickly learn the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.Please have excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. You are extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic, working with a high level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company culture. Minimum 1 year of successful experience in sales prospecting.
