The Account team functions across all known (digital/tv/print/ooh/etc) and emerging media channels to deliver successful client campaigns focused on Creative and supported by Strategy.

We’re looking for someone with CPG experience who understands the complexities and nuances of the category. Someone with gravitas and a proven track record navigating complex client organizations. A leader with a global view, able to understand individual market needs and guide those markets in the context of global marketing and brand objectives. Someone who can steer strategic discussions and recommend initiatives to ensure development of a client’s business. Candidates should be comfortable at all levels of client engagement, from high-level conversations with the CMO, to leading global meetings with multiple markets and cultures, to managing day to day requirements with more junior clients. This individual will manage existing engagements and projects while actively growing the client’s business, capitalizing on the momentum developed with senior leaders.

This individual will nurture their account team, helping to ensure an ecosystem of creativity, high-productivity and support of developmental goals. With a burning desire to help the agency grow and deliver the highest quality strategic and creative solutions across all mediums, ideal candidates will have worked for a minimum of 10-15 years in world-class creative environments, with a solid portion of that time on CPG brands.
