Boutique ad agency with lifestyle clientele seeks to add a highly passionate senior-level Producer to craft and tell beautiful stories, achieving the most creative and effective end result for the brand and the agency.
Ideal candidates are excited by up and coming talent, up to date on the leading directors & vanities, knowledgeable in best practices and trends in Production; you believe that Production is as much of an art as it is logistics. You do more than just produce; your involvement evolves the creative in a way that would not be possible without you. You have a strong knowledge of production resources, a vast database of vendors, and the passion to create top-notch production experiences. You’ll ideate and consult with internal and integrated teams to develop the right solution, from inception to launch. Your ability to help drive, manage and execute work in tight timelines, while fostering cross-team collaboration, sets you apart. Candidates must have facility interpreting creative direction and translating it into actionable process and profitable result. Ability to work autonomously as well as within a friendly, nimble team is a must; this position requires a confident and open personality with excellent management skills to foster and maintain a healthy, positive work environment. Travel required. Senior Producer candidates must have ample experience overseeing complicated productions with large and small budgets ($300K-$2MM) across still, video and heavy broadcast. Previous ad agency experience *required*.
