The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of client relationships and businesses, including overseeing execution, owning the project, championing the vision, planning and handling program elements and financial management. You’re experienced in managing and overseeing multiple direct reports in the field (Brand Ambassadors), as well as in sourcing event materials through various vendors, negotiating competitive pricing. You enjoy interacting with the creative team, communicating briefs and feedback. You possess experience in working with venues, knowledge of union rules for venues, venue fee structure as well as procurement of public permits in large cities across the US. Quick thinking and the ability to be resourceful in high-pressure situations is a must, as is previous work on B2B executions, such as conventions, trade shows, road shows, exhibitions, etc. Please be tech-savvy with complete knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially strong proficiency in Excel). Finally, you should have high standards, a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a team environment. 3-5+ years of experience; non-traditional work hours and frequent travel.
