Full-service, culture-centered agency seeks entrepreneurial Production Director to serve a senior role on their Experiential team. With responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of live projects, from brief to execution, the strategically-savvy Production Director will ensure that all of the projects’ relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of high quality. The Director will contribute to the operations, processes, budgeting, agency quality control, vendor management as well as continually mentoring and developing team members. You can develop production schedules, enforce deliverable dates, build nurturing client relationships, and create a positive, collaborative environment. Focused and ambitious, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, and explore every opportunity to grow the business.

Ideal candidates have 7-10+ years of solid production experience; a plus for time on the road, working on mobile tours, producing large scale events and wrangling vendors. You naturally remain calm under pressure while working on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve tight deadlines. This funky, award-winning digital agency brings together product design, brand communications and social content to help businesses thrive. -Can grow business for the right reasons: You thrive in a pitch but you can also patiently help clients achieve their goals and create opportunity for your team.

-Stay hands on: It’s an open-space office and most teams sit together. Your role may stretch across teams, but we need you in the work, not just around it.

-Have a range of experiences: Across different categories executing campaign work, brand building, social media and involvement in web/ product builds.

-Can work with fellow digital grown-ups: This is an eclectic mix of designers, technologists, strategists and producers. You must be an adept facilitator of ideas and insights sessions and be able to bring the best out of collaborators. We want a person who keeps the team inspired, curious, and open-minded.

-Are well versed in research techniques: An ability to get to the nub of the problem through thorough desk-bound, primary research or the latest tools.

-10+ years brand planning experience; traditional and digital. Should be comfortable with UX and branding for systems as well as content. An idea generator who has handled a masterbrand in entirety.

The Strategist is responsible for helping drive client strategy for current and new clients, and is focused on helping brands resonate in culture. A deep thinker and seasoned research veteran, (s)he ultimately assures the outstanding quality of the strategic and creative products the team produces. You will need at least 3-6 years of experience in strategy and, more importantly, you don’t just want to be a part of creating amazing work: you want to be a part of continuing to build an amazing agency. You know how to identify and understand the wants, needs, and motivations of key audiences for your brand(s), and you can effectively tell stories that enroll teammates into that understanding. Your approach to research and insight mining is not just gathering information, it’s also being able to draw something surprising from it. You enjoy the distillation process – relying on a mix of resourcefulness, intuition, and natural curiosity to decode cultural experiences. You can be both big-picture oriented and detail-oriented in the same day, and have the ability and desire to make daily tactics as interesting and strategic as the next big idea. You’ll be expected to demonstrate, evangelize, and live the core values of the agency daily.
